Re: DiD: Fun?

I just wanted to throw my hat in with those that have enjoyed and are enjoying the game. I tend to agree with a lot of Paul's critiques, but overall I'm just not really upset or bothered with anything that's happened. I've played in games where no one ever died, even if the dice said otherwise, and that was boring as shit. Sure, things have been kind of linear lately, but we've been in a damn dungeon. There have still been plenty of choices to make (what if Brogg had spoken to the prince instead of killing him?) Overall, there's nothing that's made me want to call bullshit on the DM. I'd rather have a formiddable opponent than some guy with exactly as many levels and HP as me.

DiD has rocked, both in reading and in playing, and I think that's because of everyone here. I'm looking forward to seeing how this game ends, and how the next one begins.
