I'd give everyone a Baba Yaga's hut!

Don't get me wrong, I've got nothing against recurring villians.

I just feel very impotent facing Vrill or Abbey or Mysterious X, or the Death Knight for that matter.

As far as I can recall, for each combat we have been in during this campaign, either none of us died, or all of us have died.

I am just not looking forward to a you-all-die "combat" again.

I think villians would add more flavor if they didn't just totally destroy us. Darth Vader only froze solo in one encounter, killed Obi Wan in another, captured Leia in another.

If Darth carbon froze the whole gang at once, things would have become a bit too existential.

Maybe you are under the impression that we'd really get pissed if someone died, and thus thought it better if we just either all live or all die.

As an aside, I hope you don't take these criticisms too personally. There is a lot I love about DiD. Hell, I love 95% of it. It just so happens that I feel like we are headed towards that 5%. -I promise to write about that 95% in the near future.
