Nael's Magical Tracer

Hey all,

So I just spent some time on the Factory, looking for a description of Nael's Magical Tracer. I saw a bunch of posts ABOUT this spell, but none describing it. Maybe a hint here? Or a link to the current rules that might have this spell?

It looks like the system's ramping up, too - maybe when Paul kills off his party I'll run THIS one.
